Kofta

Kofta

Kofta is a famous dish produced using barbecued ground meat that is served all through the Center East. This is an awesome and basic adaptation I got in Egypt. An extraordinary backup is saffron rice.

Kofta is a famous dish in Egypt.

Kofta is a very popular dish in Egypt and is served as a main meal at lunch. It is a favorite dish for adults and children alike.

Fixings

  1. 1 pound ground hamburger
  2. 1 onion, diced
  3. 1 egg yolk
  4. 2 tablespoons cleaved new oregano
  5. salt and pepper to taste
  6. 1 bamboo stick, absorbed water for 20 minutes

How to prepare the recipe?

Stage 1

  • In a medium bowl, combine as one the ground hamburger, onion, egg yolk, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Stage 2

  • Get medium-measured small bunches and compress them onto sticks. Roll on a gently oiled clean surface until the blend resembles a huge ground meat wiener with around 1/2 crawls at each finish of the stick.
  • Spot your fingers in the stick and separate the meat sign into two hotdogs with around 1 inch of a stick standing out at each end.

Stage 3

  • Set up a barbecue for high hotness, or then again assuming you just have a barbecue skillet, such as myself, heat it over medium-high hotness.

Stage 4

  • Spot the hotdogs on the barbecuing surface, and cook for around 10 minutes, turning more than once for cooking.
  • Serve right away.
