Kofta
Kofta is a famous dish produced using barbecued ground meat that is served all through the Center East. This is an awesome and basic adaptation I got in Egypt. An extraordinary backup is saffron rice.

Kofta is a very popular dish in Egypt and is served as a main meal at lunch. It is a favorite dish for adults and children alike.
Fixings
- 1 pound ground hamburger
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons cleaved new oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bamboo stick, absorbed water for 20 minutes
How to prepare the recipe?
Stage 1
- In a medium bowl, combine as one the ground hamburger, onion, egg yolk, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Stage 2
- Get medium-measured small bunches and compress them onto sticks. Roll on a gently oiled clean surface until the blend resembles a huge ground meat wiener with around 1/2 crawls at each finish of the stick.
- Spot your fingers in the stick and separate the meat sign into two hotdogs with around 1 inch of a stick standing out at each end.
Stage 3
- Set up a barbecue for high hotness, or then again assuming you just have a barbecue skillet, such as myself, heat it over medium-high hotness.
Stage 4
- Spot the hotdogs on the barbecuing surface, and cook for around 10 minutes, turning more than once for cooking.
- Serve right away.
